Responding to what is nothing less than a cultural crisis, even within Christendom, The Lord Jesus Christ
has seen fit to raise up a fellowship of saints at Oakwood for the furtherance of His Gospel.

Our calling in Christ is to worship Him and thereby be consumed by His Creation and Dominion Mandate
as well as His Great Commission. We are a body of like minded individuals and families seeking
maturity in Christ by embracing a liturgy of Covenant Renewal that is decidely historic, orthodox,
and trinitarian. We believe that the Holy Spirit is alive and well on planet Earth and that He has
led the Church throughout Her history. We therefore, do not despise our forefathers in faith, though
we recognize that every age does battle with their own particular errors.

We at Oakwood, not without deficiences and troubles of our own, humbly seek, in the name of the Father,
the Son, and the Holy Spirit, to worship and serve Him in Spirit and in Truth.

We would be pleased to have you join with us, as we join with those around the world, who march in
triumphal procession, advancing the Kingdom of God.

While Oakwood Bible Church supports many missionaries and ministries, our own school is our most
important ministry field. Oakwood Christian School was founded by and continues to be funded by
Oakwood Bible Church. For more information about the school, click on the graphic at the left.

Associate Pastor Jason Twombly

Jason grew up in Massapequa, New York. Serving as a fulltime missionary in Ukraine and Siberia confirmed his passion for the Gospel. Preparing for the pastorate, Jason found a home in upstate New York while functioning in a business capacity. Presently, he delights in the role of teaching the Bible at Oakwood Christian School. He is an ordained minister in the Federation of Reformed Churches. In August, 2008, the congregation of Oakwood Bible Church called Jason to be the Associate Pastor.

He is married to Adrianne, the sensible one. They treasure the tribal trinity of Victoria, Christina and David. They're the silly ones.
